When signed in, open the account menu in the header and select Profile. Your public profile is separate from My Files, where you manage uploaded music.

Sign in, open My Uploads, choose the MP3 file, then start the upload. Keep the page open while the file is uploading and processing. When it completes, the new upload appears in My Files.

The upload is processed first, then its music information is saved. A completed member upload is kept as Draft until you review it in My Files and choose whether to publish it as Public or Users.

PROCESSING means the server has not finished preparing the music yet. Wait for processing to complete before publishing it. If it changes to FAILED, review the error and try the upload again.

Try the upload again with a valid MP3 file. If it fails repeatedly, note the error shown in My Files and contact support with the Source ID, error text, and the action you were performing.

Yes. Open My Files and use Edit on the music item. You can review and update the displayed music information and change its visibility. Some system-managed fields are intentionally not editable.

Public can be accessed by everyone. Users is for signed-in OSANIME users. Draft is private to the uploader and is intended for reviewing the upload before publishing it.

New member uploads start as Draft so you can review the title, artist, cover, category, and other information before making the music visible to other people.

Open My Files, select the Draft tab, edit the music, choose Public or Users under Visibility, then save the changes. A file must finish processing before it can be published.

Draft access is restricted to its uploader. Other users and guests should not be able to access a Draft through its music detail link.

Open the music detail page and use the available download option. The file must be accessible to your current account based on its visibility.

The music may be Draft, limited to signed-in users, removed, or the Source ID may be invalid. Sign in if required, then retry from the music page or search for the title again.

Refresh the music page and try again. Also check that your browser is not blocking downloads or pop-ups for the site. If only one specific file fails, send its Source ID to support.

Connect your OUO account from OSANIME Account Settings. Once the API key is saved, you can enable or disable the integration at any time.
Step by step
Follow these steps in order.
- 1 Create or sign in to your OUO account.
- 2 In the OUO dashboard, use the left sidebar and open Tools.
- 3 Choose Quick Link.
- 4 On the Quick Link page, find the API example URL.
- 5 Copy only your API key from the URL, then return to OSANIME.
- 6 Open Account Settings, choose Integrations, paste the OUO API key, set the integration to Enabled, and save.

Open your OUO dashboard, then use the left sidebar: Tools → Quick Link. The Quick Link page shows an API URL. Your API key is the part immediately after /api/ and before ?s=.

- 5 Find an API URL similar to: http://ouo.io/api/DemoKeyA91?s=https://example.com/file
- 6 In that example, DemoKeyA91 is the API key. Do not copy ?s= or the destination URL.

For music uploaded by your account, OSANIME places the OUO link step between the Waiting page and the Files page. After the visitor completes the OUO step, they continue to the normal OSANIME file-quality page.
Step by step
Follow these steps in order.
- 1 Visitor opens the music download flow.
- 2 OSANIME displays the Waiting page.
- 3 If your OUO integration is enabled, Continue opens the OUO link step.
- 4 After OUO, the visitor returns to OSANIME and sees the available file qualities.
- 5 The selected file is then delivered using the normal lightweight download flow.

You can create an OUO account using the registration link below. After registration, open Tools → Quick Link in the OUO dashboard to find your API key, then save it in OSANIME Account Settings → Integrations.
